The role of Head of Strategic Growth at StudioHawk is to drive the agencies revenue growth by directing the sales & marketing department, focusing on overall month on month + year on year sales & marketing driven KPIs
Achieved by building strategic partnerships across multiple industries, growing the client base, handling incoming new business and attending networking & business events Australia-wide
Creating & pitching new services to market, providing 1-1 coaching + group sales training for staff, assisting staff members to attract new business and close deals
Managing the internal sales pipeline & CRM, reviewing & refining all sales processes to improve lead to close rate and develop an overall marketing plan to build the StudioHawk brand presence in a highly competitive market
Being able to support businesses and internal teams within Studiohawk to grow and evolve is a complete joy and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
