Tess Nolan

Tess heads up all recruitment within the AU team, ensuring a strong alignment between StudioHawk's needs and candidates' career goals. Starting her journey at StudioHawk as a part-time receptionist, Tess’ passion for people and collaboration quickly became apparent. Through hard work and determination, she was offered the opportunity to become StudioHawk's first in-house recruiter, where she took charge of revising and rebuilding recruitment systems and strategies. From mapping out interview processes to ensuring our employer brand is both strong and authentic, Tess is dedicated to fostering a positive, people-focused recruitment experience.

When she's not working, Tess loves tending to her veggie garden, watching movies, and doing anything crafty, as long as her cat (Scout) is right by her side.
