His engineering background still shows up in how he works. Analytical, methodical, always breaking things down step by step to what's really moving the needle. What keeps him hooked on the craft, even now, is watching organic traffic and conversions climb as a result of the work.

About Jay

Jay's first taste of SEO came on the side, building affiliate websites while still working full-time as an engineer and it didn't take long before the curiosity turned into a career.
 
Originally from Penang, Malaysia, proudly Asia's best street food city for 2025, and a place where badminton outranks tennis.Jay now calls Sydney home. These days, weekends belong to family time with his 3-year-old son: park trips, playgrounds walks and the odd mall wander.
