StudioHawk is excited to announce the appointment of Alejandro Restrepo Imery to Head of Operations, where he will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s growth, optimising team workflows, and ensuring StudioHawk continues to deliver what it does best, industry-leading SEO services.
Alejandro brings a diverse skill set and a sharp eye for operational efficiency. Having already been a vital member of the SEO team, he now steps into this leadership role with a focus on scaling StudioHawk’s impact, supporting team development, and driving innovation in SEO operations.

Given the rapid pace of change in SEO, Alejandro is focused on refining StudioHawk’s ability to adapt quickly to industry shifts.
“SEO itself is ever-changing, and lately, things have been moving even faster. I want to ensure our operation evolves at the same space - seamlessly and without roadblocks,” he says.
As Alejandro steps into the role, he follows in the footsteps of Hendrick Lai, who has been instrumental in shaping StudioHawk’s operations. After 5 years with the company, Hendrick is embarking on a new adventure, taking time to travel - reflecting on the transition, Hendrick says,
